All deliveries come with tracking details as long as an email address and phone number are provided.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FREE SHIPPING
- Applies to standard coffee orders above $100 only (excludes coffee machines).
- Free shipping is automatically calculated and applied at checkout.
- Valid only within Australia
- Standard orders include: coffee, teas, small goods.
- Small goods are dispatched via Standard sendle. If you want your order to be shipped express, please choose the Express Post option (costs apply).
- Equipment delivery or large/heavy items - shipping costs are calculated at check-out and are also sent by Australia Post. If you'd like to know in advance your shipping cost please email info@highcountryroast.com.au requesting a quote prior to placing an order.
DELIVERIES WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We use Australia Post and sendle to ship parcels Australia-wide.
Delivery times are estimates only. Delivery times apply from the date of dispatch, not the date orders are received, and refer to business days not calendar days. We make every effort from our end to ensure deliveries arrive within the estimated time frames. However once orders have been dispatched and handed over to shipping providers, any delays during transit are out of our control.
